Over the years, Victoria China has built a fine reputation as makers of delicate bone china pieces and lifelike animal sculptures. These skillful craftsmen were a natural choice to reproduce this charming study of a wheat field by English artist, Jennifer Eachus.
This delightful miniature masterpiece whisks you away to a golden wheat field on a balmy summer's day. You can almost feel the harvest mouse quiver as he pauses momentarily from his playful activities to observe you. He decides there is nothing to fear and continues his gymnastics among the swaying stalks of wheat.
Victoria China was founded by Glyn Jones, a former Wedgwood craftsman. This fine bone china is made in Fenton, one of the famous "Five Towns" which make up Stoke-on-Trent, the acknowledge home of the world's finest bone china.
